Whatever did not pertain to the reasons for writing this book has been removed. Originally, Poppa Too had 182 pages, now it has 158 pages. It picks up from the completion date in 2007 and continues for eighteen years to 2025 revealing the twists and turns of the unforeseen events that followed. The objective of this work is to make parents aware that consequences from a tragedy like this will hurt their innocent children. After he saw some disturbing information on a social media platform about his daughter, Michael felt he had to do these revisions.

This book is dedicated to all the persons
who have lost their right to be parents
due to a vindictive spouse or a
faulty family court system whose
decisions are the contributing factors
to this nations number one epidemic of
disturbed and problematic children growing
up in the United States of America
and
to the millions of people who, as children
were made to side with one parent against the
other in order to gain the desired love and
approval that they so rightly deserve

She turned seven-years-old and I already had her gifts at home. New PC lessons and a stationary kit is what I bought and she wanted us to write letters to each other. What she chose to put on paper revealed her pain. It was this letter that proved she loved her Dad no matter what and didn't care what other people said. Kathey's household are those "other people".
In spite of their defamation, I'd continue to prove them wrong by setting the good example

If the allegations made against her father were true, she would not want to continue going to see him. Children who are subjected to prolonged verbal, physical or sexual child abuse occurring since the age of four-years-old, when he or she begins attending school there will be a mix of clear signals that this child has been or is being mistreated. When teachers notice unnatural social behavior, that they're abnormally fearful, an unusual amount of anxiety or a consistent decline in academic performance, this alert can be a sign for those in charge to take the appropriate action. Her 1st grade Terrytown Elementary report card revealed his daughter made excellent grades and had satisfactory socials skills. It was the computer lessons she learned while visiting her father that helped her to excel above average, as noted. Her mom feared losing custody from being incarcerated for contempt of court and was forced to flee. In March of 2003 Kathey followed the plan orchestrated by her sister Kathleen that included coercing his daughter to make criminal allegations that the authorities could use to lock up her Dad in Angola Prison.

Except for her birth certificate, Kathey excluded her father by not putting his name on any paperwork involving his daughter. His lawyer made arrangements with the school to give him a copy of her 1st Grade Report Card. Her academic performance proved his efforts to educate were successful. Certainly he thought the next court hearing would force her mom to return
Her good grades in basic subjects, including conduct put her on the Principal's Honor Roll
All Progress Indicators show her performances are developing and working satisfactorily
Her tardiness doubled, her absenteeism tripled and without giving notice, she disappeared

This cover page is for the restraining order the Clerk of Court sent that also included the detective's report from April 1st, 2003. I didn't receive it because her mom had them mail it to her address. Two weeks after she arrived Kathey brought Rebekah to the Ball Memorial emergency room and the next day her mom went to the crimes division. In his report the investigator is using hearsay from the mother as a defamation of character tool to further ruin my reputation. At this time my evidence was in storage but I called to let him know what I had. He was interested in seeing the judgments. After putting all this paperwork together I called before mailing it and he suggested that I send it to the judge, there's really nothing he could do. It took weeks putting a package together and this was a huge letdown. I wanted to see Rebekah so I had to figure something out. As I was putting all this paperwork away I came up with a plan. I had an address to the Clerk of Court and I owed them money but until I had all the child support I couldn't go. I decided to pursue higher paying job, get all that I owed and travel to Muncie.

30+ years in Non-Destructive Testing gave me the advantage in preparing for this exam
This type of inspection is the only way to get what was owed in order to see my daughter
Easter 2008 I had sixty-two months of support and drove to Muncie hoping to see Rebekah

Nearly ten years after her mom fled, I was made aware of an unknown court date in Muncie. Kathey filed to collect back child support and I didn't have it. If I didn't dispute this, she wins by default. As always my faith reminded me I'm never alone in this fight so I reached out to the lawyer I met on the trip I made there in 2008. In my defense I had documentation proving she was in contempt for leaving the state with our daughter for the purpose of relocation. Kathey and Kathleen were shocked when they saw me there. The judge ruled in my favor. Two months later her mom packed up and moved to Chalmette Louisiana. Her decision to relocate forced our daughter to leave behind the friends she grew up with and into a new school.
Kathey is guilty of secreting the child, she don't show up at the hearing in Louisiana in 2008

Of all her things, I kept her favorite outfits and toys. In 2017 I hired Michele and mailed this to her to deliver to a mediator. Pictures of her wearing these outfits were placed in the clear bag. It was an attempt to make her remember this time of her life. Her Little Mermaid shirt, her Betsy doll, her Barbie Sandals that had a 1" sole so she'd be tall enough to get on the Ladybug Rollercoaster without me, her little Tweety Bird shirt and her Pikachu slippers, all this and the small games she liked along with the oil paintings of when she was a baby. It may have been Tina Mental, the contact who sent this text to Rebekah. Michele sent it to me. She says, " i don't want anything from him. and i don't wanna be found." Michele called to say they wanted to know who the people were in the black and white photo. It's a portrait of my family from 1966. She told me that Kathey died in October of 2015, cause of death unknown. If she never changed and still had the same habits, she may have died from alcoholism or drug abuse. Rebekah lost her mom and don't want to be found by her dad.

On Christmas day in 2019 I found out Bekah went to Loyola University in New Orleans and graduated, I was ecstatic. I had been blessed to have a job in the Texas oilfields and wanted to send her a monetary gift but recalled what her text said, she didn't want anything from me. I didn't care, I'm gonna do it anyway! On her card it said Your Dad so she might stop calling me Mike. She'd get it on her 24th birthday. Some said this was a mistake and I should go cancel that check. As I was doing that at the bank my phone rang. It was the bank in Indiana calling to ask if I issued that large payment. "Yes I did, that belongs to her, give her the money," I said. Instantly I knew God intervened. The days turned to weeks and I never heard from her and that's okay. College is expensive, I'm glad she got the money. The most important thing for me is that she's happy. Her education landed her a job she loves, working with animals. City Park was her favorite but she loved the Aquarium and the Audubon Zoo where kids could get up close and pet the animals.

Deliverance ministers taught me that there are Christians with good intentions who can be demonized and not know it. I began listening to the books shown on audible and then I purchased them to learn how to use the Armor of God to protect myself against the enemy. My spiritual life has been renewed by feeding my mind with a wealth of knowledge. In Ephesians 6:4 God tells fathers what he expects, he is not asking. Knowing this I pray for the Lord to deliver Rebekah. Her actions towards me resemble several symptoms of the Stockholm Syndrome.
